Our Story: Why?

I wish that it was a simple reason, I was “called to it” or something almost romantic, but no. Mine was a life or death decision. I have an auto immune disease, there are many of them out there, and if I don’t keep my body in good shape, it simply refuses to work well at all. So that’s the biggest reason, and in doing so I have learned more about how I have the ability to personally have a huge impact on, not only my appearance, but also on my health, mental wellness, and how I feel day to day. Those were good enough reasons for me and I hope to share that with you all in the most understanding way I can. 

MLPT Goals

None of my plans are one size fits all, cause nothing should ever be one size fits all, frankly it’s insulting. My goals are your goals. It’s as simple as that. If you suceed I have suceeded.

Starting out, I will ask you a few questions get to know where it is you are coming from with your goals.

From there we have options, I will start with a personalized recommendation for plans and course of action. Meetings can be held up to 4 times a week, and can include nutrition recommendations as well as a host of other options available on my services page.

How do I book an appointment?

First become a member with MLPT.
Upon registering (for free) you will be emailed a set of forms to fill out in order to better tell marcus what it is that you are looking for and what type of programing owuld best fit you needs.
From there you may enter into the members only booking side.
To book your virtual appointment, click on the “Book an Appointment” tab in the navigation bar at the top of the site, or any book an appointment button.

Choose the date and time slot you wish to book and hit reserve. 

Payment will be prompted at this time. 
If you are one of our higher level members you may enter your monthly coupon codes to bypass the payment system.

Who can book an appointment?

Any member can book an appointment. 

Do I have to. become a member to book personal training?

Short answer: Yes. 

This gives MLPT an opportunity to find out about you and your goals, as well as ask some basic wellness questions to keep you safe  durring your program. 

How much does "Basic Membership" cost?

Basic Membership is and always will be free, this allows you access to book appointments and fill out the forms needed to further your fitness goals. 

Can anyone start a workout program?

YES!
Young, mature, little, big, dense, or waffery, everyone can benefit from giving their body some thought and time. 

Am I too old to start a work out program?

Never. Any program can be customized to fit your goals, abilities and needs. 

It's super expensive to have a trainer, isn't it?

Many have convinced us that our health and wellness is a luxury only for the wealthy. This is simply not the case. Ive been there and I’m here to help. Through our basic membership you will have access to many different tips and tricks all over our website. And again, basic membership is free.  

Can I sign up a friend?

Yeah buddy!!! 
We have gift certificates all year around! Simply contact us and we will arrange the membership for your loved one.
